The correct WAY?

I realised one thing recently. There are so many things that could happen in this world. There are so many challenges we are going to face everyday. Different people may overcome the problems in different wat and that leads to different outcome. If you are too extreme, maybe you get something very very bad back on you and vice versa. I think, in order to bring the critical situation up to one balance point, we must adopt the concept of 'Moderate'. This is not a new concept and it has been used since very very long time ago. In Confucianism, 'moderate' is always mentioned and you can see the role it plays is very significant. How does moderate solve problem? In this case i am going to use some examples because using example is the best way to visualise a concept. One of the major thinking in Chinese culture is 'Yin' and 'Yang', which specifies the important of balance. Nothing can go over the limit or else it brings disaster. For e.g, whenever there is a good there's always a bad, high & low, pretty & ugly. Do you notice that our world is formed by these elements? The concept of 'moderate' is to get ourselves to be positioned in the most 'balance' point. In case we have conflicts with somebody we know,we could use a lot of methods to deal with the problems. Perhaps we shout at him and end up fighting with blood dripping, perhaps we tolerate him and we high the feeling inside which will gradually spoil our soul. If we try to use the 'moderate' way, we could solve the problem by not hurting both parties's feeling. Ok, that's it for now, i will continue next time to talk about more.

Running out of Time

Time management is an important skill. Recently found myself trapped inside a serious trouble, running out of time, just found there are alot of things i need to do but i dun have time to do. Wat happen actually? Do i manage my time well? Do i spend too much time for only one side? I am now looking for an answer. I want to get rid of the freaking feeling asap. Wat the hell has happened? My mood getting worse n worse and my heart pumping faster n faster. Why there are so many things we need to improve and why this society is so competitive out there and there's always not a space for losers to hide. Damn!

Money?

A friend asked me to give him a hand. To buy a notebook. At total it is nearly RM4000. At first i agreed to help him without hesitation but after that i felt something wrong. Where did i get that big amount of money? I asked him to bank in first buy until now he has not done that. I trust him alot so i wish he won't make me losing faith on him. Money could spoil relationship if we don't handle properly. I guess next time i got to list down the requirements clearly so that v can make sure no further arguments later.

Sifu is leaving

So there goes my master, senior colleague Mr Lim. Here i would like to thank him for guiding me a lot in technical stuff as well as the non-technical one. He like to share his own personal life with me and i have really gained a lot from his stories. In the past i have never been so serious in whatever things i am doing(even for exam) but now, i realize that maybe it's time for me to change. Look at people around us, not everyone of them is always lucky. If you yourself are lucky then you must learn to appreciate, if you found yourself useless then you must make yourself useful. We must always try to improve ourselves in terms of everything, skills, relationships and so on. Try not to turn everyone into your enemy but to make everyone of them your friend.

A good start for my Chinese New Year

Wow, it's totally out of my expectation. What i am saying is, 2 days ago we(me, 2 colleagues from melaka awa boss) went to Singapore for a user requirement's gathering session. The session was done successfully but i found my existence over there was rather meaningless since i had been listening to what they said only all the way. We came back to Kulai at around 6 sumtin and reached there at around 7. Bosses asked us to have a company all staff meeting and we were asked not to bring anything inside. At first our managing director was telling somtin' regarding to our company's business for year 2004. After that our sales director announced that company's gonna give us some award. The managing director then gave us 2 Chinese oranges and an envelope. I opened up the letter and wow, a great increase for my current salary man. It's more than 15 % but less than 25%. Anyway, it's a great great gift for me oledi as i never ever expect i could have my second time salary increment within one year. It's a good start for my Chinese New Year man. Later all of us went for company dinner at a famous restaurant in Kulai. i felt so good! However, there's sum sad point that my senior, Mr Lim is going to leave the company right after Chinese New Year. That means i will definitely have some difficult periods after Chinese new year becuz a new project is going to start then. Here i would like to thank my senior for helping me a lot in a lot of technical thing awa non-technical thing. He's a good leader and i am glad i was once guided by him. I learned a lot of things from him indeed. Thank you Mr. Lim.

Hihi, thanks to my senior colleague, he had bought the ticket from my hometown to Melaka earlier, so he asked boss whether he could leave early because he did not want his ticket money to fly away and boss agreed hihih.

Headache week

Recently got so much pressures from boss. I felt not happy for the whole week. The most important thing is in the high pressure environment i could not concentrate on my job. This has led to slow progress in the coding which might be one of the reasons boss is not going to raise my salary or of not giving me any bonus. One more colleagues are leaving after Chinese new year. I feel so sad and i don't know how long still i could withstand esp. when new projects are coming in. That means one man would take up 10 ppl's job! Just imagine it, by that time, work until 2 3 am in the mid night everyday will become a MUST. This is what i dun wanna face. It's not i am not willing to work hard but what do i gain by putting so much times & efforts? Technical knowledges and Money? how much i got? 2k a month plus free hostel.... It's damn low man !Technical knowledge? come on, that is not important because knowledge keeps changing from day to day! Bosses think i m stupid i m easily bullied. Actually i love the company's environment but now, i really have to start considering other jobs already. If i dun get any bonus or raise after chinese new year. Then i will just leave.

God's crying

For the past few days the weather in Johor has been very cold. It has been raining from day to day. Reading the news about Tsunami in paper, i found as if the god is crying for those who died in the unexpected calamity. This is just a bad present from Christmas. All of us walked into the new year by having a heavy heart. I watched the Live Celebration show in Taiwan, the ppl out there look so happy as if the tragedy has nothing to be bothered. Anyway, prior to the start of countdown, the crowd was asked to pray for the Tsunami victims. I felt better this time because it's proved that human's conscience still exists. Let's send our condolences to the ppl in Sri Langka, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and so on...

christmas is my boring day

Huh, normally i dun celebrate Christmas because i dun take this very important sumo i m not a Christian. However for the past Christmas the whole day i felt like very bored maybe a lot of my friends going to somewhere else to celebrate the day and this caused me to have such feeling. Argh don't care since it's over already. Hihi. Last week had a good week because bosses were not around most of the time, we had much freedom to do the things v wanna do after office hr where normally v will still aching our heads continue to win in the battle against the dateline. I hope this easy days will go on since i prefer it n found it's really helpful as compared to the high pressure policy executed by one of the bosses. I dunno, hard technique soft technique which one is better? it's always a controversial issue.

Take a look at my site!

sigh, i got my first com when i was form 1, too bad because of lacking of somebody's guide. I only used it to play game and did some simple documentation stuff. Anyway, managed to know the DOS command that time. When i first heard of 'programming' this word, i found it's very interesting, therefore at form 3 i think, i bought my first programming book, The Visual FoxPro. At that time i was interested in Hacking also because i tot Hacking was cool. Then i downloaded a lot of hacking tutorials and visited many hacking sites obtained many hacking tools, in the end also learned nth because some content was too hard to understand for me. I think this is fate also, if i got a friend or relative good in this kind of computer stuff, then i think i might have mastered some programming language or might have had a good concept of IT b4 i entered U. Too bad really too bad... Sometimes fate is very important, u got the tool but if nobody comes n guide u how to use the tool correctly instead of trying by ourself blindly, then finally v would be wasting our time only.

The End of Year 2003

Kanasai, i was cheated by the book "bible code", the author and the bible maniacs had formed some words carrying some horrible message from the Hebrew characters , in the book it mentioned that year 2003 will be our judgment day but ladies n gentlemen u c, already December you know.
Another possible day is 2016, let's c what will happen then....

This book really caused a lot of phenomenon in the whole world that year, i think it was 1999, some more the Nostradamus's prophecy about the Mongol King coming alive was revealed that year, i tot it may be really true , sum ppl even guessed the judgment day would be caused by the infamous Y2K... according to them da Y2K would lead to system error including all the NUCLEAR LAUNCHER systems all over the world thus the nuclear bombs will be launched at the same time just like what v saw in Terminator 3, hihi, nothing happened in the end also.

Gu Long

Today came across an article talking bout a famous Chinese kungfu novel author, Gu Long.
Argh, looks like i got some misunderstandings on his style of writing. Last time i always tot the way he liked to twist and turn to describe just a simple thing was damn wasting time, but from the article, i knew actually the so called rubbish that Gu Long had written, were full of meaning, actually i quite like some of them too. Such as the most famous one, The most dangerous enemy is always your best friend. This is right because friends always know your weakness. Gu Long's thinking is quite pessimistic but i think they are fact, These words made his novel more interesting and when u r reading his novel at different age, u will obtain different level of understanding throughout the words...

The Da Vinci's code

Already bought the book, started to read for a few chapters, pretty interesting. Anyway, a lot of French words used in the book so some times i found it's really frustrated trying to understand them. Jut skipped, it's not a good thing to let them affecting my progress of going into the world of fantasy. Since young , already like this kind of stuff. So during secondary i did lots of research on the philosophy of life and hence i was considered kinda strange among my schoolmates and may be because of that, i sometimes found myself can't really adapt to the society. Luckily as i was growing older, i entered U, i knew some friends, i started to get normal already hehehe.
