I am getting Recommended.my co-founder to attend to my issue, hehe

I am getting this startup co-founder to attend to my issue. So far she has been responding with good attitude. 

I decided to dm her than going public because I understand start-up like Recommend.my is having a hard time surviving. 

I am in need for a Real Professional Plumber with scoping tool which is really rare to find. Therefore trying my luck with Recommended.my. Hope they can give me what I need eventually.
