面子書遇廣府文

马来西亚讲华语运动无意羞辱任何在面子书留言的朋友,但是事实摆在眼前:我们华人的中文水平日愈下降,令人担忧。这位Xiumei Cheong用错中文,应该是起床,不是起身!起身是spring up/rise.起床是wake up,共勉之。


余之意見:


她是在寫〔廣府文〕。我覺得沒錯。她有權力這樣寫,后果只是,不諳廣府話者會看不懂。這就是〔我手寫我口〕的后果。

禁止方言,很多人應該會反對抗議。中共試過,也失敗。故此法不可行。

使用文言文,則可以考慮考慮,屆時各籍貫,甚至各種族〔日韓越〕,縱然說話不同,卻都能相互〔筆談〕,好處更多。

推廣〔普通話〕,是另一法,但會壓制〔方言〕。白話文要寫得流暢,最好用〔母語〕,若書寫時要不時思考〔普通話〕詞匯,寫來也很不順手不順口。

禮儀

中國改革開放,經濟為先,三十年來,民生日漸昌盛。

致富機會,瞬間增加,環境驟變,有些民眾,或許難以適應。各種不雅行為,如吐痰、蹲吃等,四處可見。故有個說法,財富多了,涵養沒了。

職是之故,現在甚至有了所謂〔淑女班〕,教導歐美社交禮儀,旨在化千金為淑女。

但中文向來不就有〔禮儀之邦〕這一詞嗎?

中華文化本就重禮儀。儒家始祖孔夫子更是始終推禮儀而重之,他一生崇拜周公,提倡〔周禮〕。儒家在衣食住行葬等各方面都有完整禮儀。儀禮一書所記錄華夏禮儀眾多,大家可以去參考。

可惜,有人往往不知自身文化傳統底蘊深厚,寶藏累累,反而去欣賞什么西式上菜禮儀、英式君子淑女禮儀等等。甚至特地去學什么法式餐點禮儀、日式餐點禮儀等等。那些歐美學院籍著這些所謂〔文化賣點〕,大賺那些〔崇拜者〕的錢。

人家有腦,知道亞洲人普遍上文化自卑,賣〔歐美文化禮儀〕課程,那些〔亞洲人〕,一定天天在憧憬上這些課,一朝獲賜〔歐美超級貴族文化禮儀人〕身份,就可以〔威〕給鄉人看,變得很懂〔文化禮儀〕,高貴得不得了。這種生意,一定有得做。

本人覺得,歸根究底,乃當初西洋文明如日中天,眾人自卑,想要重新抬起頭,視以儒家為主的中華文化為落伍,發起所謂〔五四〕新文化運動,卻矯枉過正,改過了頭。轉眼已過百年,新文化運動,如今看來,反而是禍不是福。

So long 2012, It's 2013 now

So the Doomsday propechy was proven to be BULLSHIT... Fuck the Mayan never mentioned Doomsday and these people wanted to create a doomsday based on the Mayan calander issue.

Wake up people! The Mayan Calandar has a Cycle just like the Chinese Calandar too! Anyway one cycle in Chinese calendar is much shorter than one cycle in the Mayan calander. One cycle in Chinese Calander usually lasts for 60 years. 

I was once 'longing' for Doomsday in year 1999. Back then the topic was so hot. I was a low esteem boy who dare not commit suicide to end my life and I was hoping the year 1999 Doomsday was going to take away my life. 

It did not happen though. 

This time, again the Doomsday did not happen. This time my mindset was more ready. I know that I am here on the planet EARTH to play a Role-Playing Game. I am here to experience EARTH life and one day I will be going back to MYSELF to report everything to MYSELF. Ha ha. We are going to leave EARTH one day, aren't we? 

Happy New Year 2013 to all of you out there!

My resolution for year 2013 will be as follows:

1) Become a columnist! 
2) Publish a book which has the collection of all my published articles based on the Tiong Hua language and culture topic!
3) To get myself closer to MYSELF!
4) Continue to grow my WEALTH to support my long term goal of setting the Tiong Hua Language & Cultural Foundation!

My long term goal will still be the same:

1) Set Up Tiong Hua Language & Cultural Foundation
2) Getting myself closer and closer to MYSELF

華語華文感想

此文于西元二零一二年十二月二十九日或刊登于星洲日报沟通平台 華語華文感想
 
今年华教运动此起彼落,好不精彩。各华社团体如华总董教总等单只为了关丹独中这一华教课题就够忙了。

今年也折损了一些华教斗士如郭鹤尧老前辈等。这些老前辈为华社或华教鞠躬尽瘁,气概令人敬佩。读着他们生前故事,会令人向往,心情澎湃。

可是,当他们的子女,在媒体上的通通以英语致悼词时,笔者在听着当时,感慨之心油然升起。

这使笔者想起了某位本地知名马华作家老前辈。依笔者所知,该老前辈之子女,也非全皆谙华语华文。

笔者无意、也不敢在此论对错。毕竟个人的所做所为,所信所追,其实通通都无关子孙。况且,这是个开明的时代,华人需谙华语的思维已显得不合时宜。再者,笔者一向认为,个人有权选择生命里种种课题,学什么语言,以何为母语都是个人权力。亲人是华教斗士华团领袖马华作家等,都不该成为个人的枷锁,从而限制了个人的选择。

笔者很好奇,想知道当事人以英语发表悼词的原因。

笔者喜爱华语华文,不知不觉中会自己制造假象,期许老前辈等都是完美的。故当笔者看到老前辈们的子女已英语致词时,心中落差很大。故撰此文。

笔者衷心希望一朝华语华文能发光发亮,如今日之英语,成为多人的首选母语。以华语华文学习、研究、开发、创作、发明等等!

怡保奇峰豆腐花 Kei Fung Taufu Hua @ Ipoh

有傳怡保很多以山水所制作之豆腐花!山水純凈自不必說,又含豐富礦物質,是上上佳之水!怡保多山,山多故山水也多。從怡保去檳城車子要〔穿山越嶺過洞〕呢!豆腐與茶和面一樣,源自中國,是華人的傳統食物。
Ipoh is famous of its delicious Mountain Water-made Taufu Hua. Mountain Water means water where its source is from mountain. It is clean and pure. Mountain Water contains a lot of minerals also. Ipoh has a lot of mountains. The supply of Mountain Water is sufficient to produce Mountain Water-made Taufu. Taufu Hua is one of the famous tradional Chinese food. Taufu itself is originated in China, just like Tea and Noodle too.

這奇峰的豆腐花,還真的像是以上等水所制作的!
The Taufu Hua by KeiFung is really like made of good quality water.

余從沒吃過這么這么這么滑的豆腐花!吃時簡直就是滑入喉內般!
I have never eaten such Taufu Hua, which is so smooth. The feeling of eating is like it just slipped into my throat.

老板盛了豆腐花后,尚加點豆腐水滋潤滋潤。
The boss added some Taufu Tsui (Taufu Juice) on top of the Taufu Hua. This has made the Taufu Hua more juicy.

至于糖漿,只有白糖漿,不像許多業者給于許多懸著,如黑糖、姜糖等。
In terms of sweetener, the boss provides only the normal sugar. Unlike most of the Taufu Hua stall provides brown sugar or even ginger sugar.

雖是如此,還是贊!
However, it is still good to eat! Try it yourself!

景贵街潮州煎蕊 Lebuh Keng Kwee Teo Chew Cendol

走了許多冤枉路方找到此檔。就在〔光大〕大廈附近而已。經過光大后(右邊)就需緩慢行駛,留意那小小條短短的景貴街〔巷〕,這檔就在街口而已。
I spent some time to search for this particular stall. If you go past Komtar which is on your right, then you have to slow down already to look for the small lane Lebuh Keng Kwee.

那煎蕊好好吃!入口濃濃椰漿香味,伴著紅豆青草吃,冷冷的非常消暑。那〔青草〕非常軟滑,很新鮮。
The cendol contains very strong fragrance of coconut milk. It is very very delicious. It is not too sweet. The boss puts in big red bean. The long green jelly is very soft.








記憶中,煎蕊源自印尼,余嘗過不少煎蕊,卻不知此與彼有何分別?余沒看到什么〔潮州〕風味?這些問題要問老板了。
I do not know what is the difference between a typical Cendol and Teo Chew Style cendol anyway. This Cendol is delicious but I do not find any special "Teo Chew" element in it. As I know, Cendol is actually originated from Indonesia. Somehow in Malaysia, the Mamak(Indian Muslim) is known best to sell Cendol.


余一點心靈分享

余看到有人在面子書、臉書問了些問題如下。

 有时真的要怀疑宗教信仰,哪有博爱精神?为什么同人不同命?

余以余對生命的了解來嘗試回答。


我們來地球之前,已選定了這世要修的功課,功課會形成生命里的種種挑戰,讓我們修。在這個角度上,我們都是〔平等〕的,因為命好命壞都是一種〔功課〕。只是我們忘了,看到挑戰,〔感覺〕很〔痛苦〕,制造〔痛苦〕〔假象〕,使自己沉迷于〔假象〕中,忘了從〔挑戰〕中完成功課。〔痛苦〕形成于自己對某某事件的〔刻板觀念〕,只要放下該〔刻板觀念〕,將〔心〕打開,〔痛苦〕將逝。可能周圍的人會不斷〔挑起〕自己的〔痛苦〕,但只要真的〔放下〕〔刻板觀念〕,旁人話語絕對影響不了自己。有些人受不了,選擇自盡,殊不知功課這世未修完,下一世還是要修,因為是自己一早就選定的,只是活在人身,忘了而已。當然,說易行難,你我一起努力吧!

我們可以努力,玩這場游戲,但我們無需執著,于游戲結果。
