面包軟,但不松。吃起來有牛油味,咸咸香香,顯然有用牛油煎過。
The bun is soft with strong butter fragrance. Obviously It was pan fried a little with butter.
刀叉打開面包表面,直搗“黃龍”!掏出餡,豬肉碎混洋蔥,面包含餡,入口芬芳。
Tore the bun and picked out the "essence". The mouth was busy tasting the delicious minced pork with onion plus bun.
沾上辣椒醬,本土風味濃。
A little bit of cili sauce would certainly improve the taste.
嫌膩?有生菜番茄解。
Served with lettuce and tomatoes too. Your 'health' food.
只吃面包太單調,也叫了海南米粉面。
I ordered the Hai Lam Mee Hoon Mee as well.
米粉面,顧名思義,米粉參面也。
Mee Hoon Mee = Mee Hoon + Mee
這米粉面,一句話,包你一口接一口,停也停不了。
It is not difficult to describe this Mee Hoon Mee. My mouth was filled with Mee Hoon and Mee till the plate cleared.
一點點海鮮、一點點蔬菜,就能煮出這美味絕妙之面。廚師工夫可見。
