任督二脉新想法
那天光顾书展，碰到某残障人士学院女负责人。该女士很热心向我解说学员背景及学习创作过程。说实在有些画设计得很不错。
该女士熟读中华经典，能随时引经据典，尤其是孔子学说，更是朗朗上口，很佩服。
某幅画内有北斗七星。该女士说孔子那时代没人知道有该星（我不苟同，北斗星好像以被人发现了很久）惟孔子竟能知道。她接着说打通任督二脉后能通天地，能知天下万事也。言下之意应该是孔子已打通任督二脉。
她对于任督二脉的说法我认同。其实脉轮冥想法也有个理论。即一旦打通衔接全身七大脉轮的通道，就能使“阴能”从海底轮游上顶轮与“阳能”结合，进而进入“超意识”，意即通天地也。
日前报章提到某中国官员说打通任督二脉身体疾病即除。可能就是这个意思吧？但不是针对身体，而是针对灵性。

Practicing the Power Of Now
Last month i attended 4 classes of practicing the Power of Now. The only study material is the book written by Ekhart Tolle "Practicing the Power of Now". In each class we were listening to the recording of Tolle's speech.
The concept is too philosophical and the following summary is all based on my understanding.
1) The PRESENT is all what we have. We shall always focus on the PRESENT instead of the past and the future. Past has passed, and the future is not 'TRUE'. Throw away all the worries. They are so unnecessary and we will realize that there is actually nothing to worry at this moment. It is our 'MIND' that actually controls us by creating all the worries.
2) Once we are at the PRESENT, we will start appreciating what we have now and there will be the feeling of JOY rising from within our soul (a.k.a higher-self).
3) Law of Attraction is so true. It will work when we enter the TIMELESS & SPACELESS zone. To enter the TIMELESS and SPACELESS zone we have to be PRESENT.
4) You still set your intention and send your wish to the Universe(Divine, God). However, to manifest your intention, do not ever get yourself into the TIME-SPACE trap. Just be PRESENT. Do detach yourself from the feeling of "wanting the intention to arrive in as soon as possible", else just forget about your intention. Your intention will come without you knowing it has come, without you defining how it shall come!

Full Moon Gratitude @ Port Dickson
So on 5th of May, which is the Wesak Day too. We had super moon. Very round very big. Very powerful also.
On that day itself i went for Full Moon Gratitude held at 5th miles Beach Road in Port Dickson.
I was late to the beach because busy looking for a decent Hotel. I managed to get a good and clean and very very new hotel. The hotel name is called E-Hotel. I would like to give a superb rate to the staff for their superb service!!! The room interior is modern and simple but convenient and the design is space-saving. The room rate is very reasonable as well.
When i reached the beach. All the people were there already. Guru has already drawn a divine picture on the sand. He was circling around our body, one by one, using an item with fire on. After clearing up the queue, he asked all of us to go deeper into the sea and to get close to him. Then all of us chanting "OM" for multiple times until Guru asked us to stop chanting.
After the chanting session, Guru asked us to get ready to dip into the sea water. We were standing still, dipped into the sea water and then quickly dipped out from the sea water for many many rounds while Guru was chanting or saying some prayers. We repeated the dip-in, dip-out process until Guru asked us to stop. My understanding is that this process is to clean ourselves.
Next each of us got from Guru a paper made lotus with candle on it, one by one we were carrying the paper made lotus ,walking towards the sea, saying our gratitude to the Sea God, putting the paper made lotus into the sea. As the paper made lotus was floating on the sea water, we were granting our wishes. We could grant as many wishes as possible, but remember, we must DARE to own these wishes. On this day, our wishes will manifest via the sea with the help from the SuperMoon.
That's the end of the whole Full Moon Gratitude process. According to Guru, he has been doing that for many years, and it has been very effective.

凈脈輪大法
前往中心前，老师吩咐我准备以下材料： 七粒大酸柑、粗石盐、一束花。
到达中心后，老师先给我个碟子，碟上有黄姜粉。老师嘱我把粗盐倒入碟子，与黄姜粉一起搅拌。老师则准备桶，桶已盛了水，老师把鲜花花瓣一一摘下丢入水内，然后再把三粒大酸柑剖开，把酸柑汁挤入水里。
之后，老师叫我站好，他手握酸柑大力按着我的顶轮，往下顺着脊椎骨推按，直至椎末。如此重复三次。
接下来，老师叫我把粗盐抹在各脉轮上。最后他叫我先用那桶花混合酸柑汁的水来净身，然后才用花洒洗澡。
洗了澡，老师叫我站着，他手拿燃烧着甘文烟， 往我身体环绕，直至整间房都是烟，泪如雨下，呵呵。
最后，老师叫我去祈祷房，在房内感谢“道”，并对我讲了许多哲理。
仪式完后第二天，一醒来就吐了口鲜血，很红很多，而且是呈糊状。
效果，现正观察中。。。
波德森望日還恩美食遊廟記
农历四月十五，即上星期六，超级月亮之日，月圆之日。前一晚才赶工挨完通宵，早上十点多回家，睡了一会，就于午间驱车前往波德森参与“望日感恩”活动。
俗称“无月为朔，满月为望”，望日即月圆之日，十五也。
因为是南下，故没打算活动后赶回吉隆坡，反之想直接回家乡昔加末，又怕还恩仪式后太累，就随便找间旅社过夜，看了两间不满意，最后有幸找到了一间刚开张的旅社，属于店面型，价钱公道，房内装潢也很现代化、很简约很方便。服务员态度更是赞！旅社也提供免费上网、免费水果饮料，哇，我真想给很多个赞！感谢“道”！
办了入住手续，已是傍晚七点，而还恩仪式于七点半左右开始。就近找了间华食餐馆随便吃吃，便赶往仪式地点了。地点就在波德森公共工程局旁的海滩。
还恩活动目的在于感谢海神，利用月圆的威力，让大海把心愿传播出去，因而心想事成！
老师在沙地上画了脉轮符号，然后在某东西上点了火，接着我们个个排着队，老师手拿该着火的东西，逐一绕着我们的身体。
之后，老师带领我们走近大海，任身体浸入潮水内。然后老师吩咐大家一起念“唵”(OM)，老师本身则念些不同的咒语，我们不断念着，知道老师叫停。
接下来，老师念完咒语一遍，我们就整个身子往下沉入潮水内一遍。如此上下潮水无数次，直到老师喊停为止。我一时大意，在其中一轮眼镜竟被潮水冲走。
之后，是许愿时刻了。我们排着队轮流从老师手上拿了纸制莲花，莲花正中有蜡烛，点了火。我们拿着莲花，走向大海，感谢海神，把手上莲花放在海水上，意为献给海神。然后沉思，许下心愿。老师说他全家人如此做已有十多年，非常灵验。
之后，大家各自返家。我则回旅社。
第二天，去了旅社对面的云龙庙。这庙有只百岁老龟，不请自来，住庙三年有余，通过万字，给多人送出了整百万（庙祝所言）。此龟每朝九时必从殿内爬出天公炉附近神桌下，等待“办事”，而又于傍晚七点爬回殿内休息，非常奇特，灵性龟也。
上完了香，庙祝叫我抽个红包，内有一纸写上万字，而我也能在红包外写上心水字，让灵龟看看，把红包从灵龟头上摸到尾部三次，在用手触摸灵龟与之谈天说话，至于是谈什么呢，呵呵就因人而异。
云龙庙旁，有云龙食阁。远处看简直是一座庙，近看方知是祭五脏庙府。呵呵呵。当时是早上，该食阁还没营业，无幸尝尝厨师功夫。

这段广告不宜上
正副首相最近频频说尽华教的好话，有褒无贬。国内头二位领袖褒扬华教，实是喜事。教育部副部长也很用心为华教问题奔波劳碌，好现象也。
惟最近我在餐厅边吃着午餐，边看着电视，偶然看到一则广告。看完了，再回想正副首相的种种褒言赞语，越想越不通，几近精神错乱。
广告一开始，有位巫裔男子，身着西装，看姿态很明显是个经理级人物，以英语询问巫裔女下属某某项目进展如何。女下属以马来语回答他。然后该经理又以英语向另一位华裔女下属询问另一个项目的 进展 ，那位女下属也是以马来语回答。最后，当经理以英语向一位印度裔男下属发问时，发问中途却似乎突然“醒觉”了，转而以马来语发问。
广告临尾，打出“一国、一族、一语”的口号，也说明打此广告者为某政府部门。依笔者所解读，广告的讯息是要全马人民归为一族、只说一语，即马来语，有鼓吹同化各族之嫌。
该广告获播出，说明了政府内有一股单元文化主义势力蠢蠢欲动，不可忽视也。
数十年来，在本国经营的私人企业大都以英文为工作语言。而政府也花了数十年，在中小学乃至政府大学推广马来语，确立马来语的官方地位。
不知何故，年年都有新闻，什么雇主反映大学毕业生英语不行，无法雇佣之。结果政府需大开门户，准备一个个的官位给这批失业生。他们天天用母语即马来语来工作办事，不用开口闭口蹩脚英语，不需损自尊。
或许有人因此认为私人界英语至上之风不良，抹杀了英语弱者的机会，是变相的种族歧视，忿忿不平，期待有朝一日马来语取英语而代之，在私人界旺起来，除掉英语藩篱，不谙英语也能受聘私人企业。
他们不只看英文不顺眼，也不放过华文。企业欲聘请谙华语员工，竟受质疑搞种族主义。岂有此理，难道他们认为他族并无通晓华语之人？笔者大胆假设，华小聘请马来书记，工作语言渐渐改变，这班人会大肆庆祝。
这些人无处不在，而身在政府的那群最是可怕。领袖虽已公开表明友善态度，他们却完全不理会领袖讯息，阳奉阴违，只贯彻自己那套哲学，来个上有上策、下有对策，使领袖丧失诚信，让领袖下不了台。
广告影响巨大，民众日夜看了也会下意识认同广告讯息。相关广告不符和国家多元种族多元文化的精神，所传达之讯息，有损国民团结，更有损国家竞争力。希望当局能关注，及早撤走之。

I went for a Chakra Cleansing session
I am lucky enough to have Guru to help provide a free Chakra cleansing. The purpose of doing Chakra cleansing is to clear the blocked Chakras to make sure Chakras are always in balance state. According to Guru, balance Chakra will help oneself to transform into a better person to live a happy life. But still i must stop thinking on negative things to avoid Chakras get blocked again.
On one Saturday morning i went for the Chakra cleansing. Guru asked to bring along 7 limes, 2 packets of rock salt and some flowers. Thanks to my friend's sister for helping me to get all these stuff from Pasar Pagi. Without her help i do not think i was able to get all those stuff in such a short time because the night before only i decided to go for the session.
Guru first gave me a plate of ginger powder, asked me to mix rock salt with it. He then cut a small hole on 3 limes. Then he was holding each lime at one time, pressing the lime on my Crown Chakra, then started rubbing from Crown Chakra till the end of the spinal cord. He repeated the process for a few times. Then he applied the mixed stuff from rock salt and ginger powder to my 7 Chakras respectively. During the process he kept chanting. After Guru finished with all the limes, he asked me to take bath with a pale of water. The water is full of flowers and it was mixed with lime juices. After i finished the water in the pale, i continued to shower myself.
The next thing is Guru was smoking my whole body using Kemenyan. Then he invited me to the prayer room where he was using some special tools to test if all my chakras were already balanced. Guru asked me to express gratitude to the Divine. In the prayer room i asked him a lot of questions regarding life.
Upon leaving the prayer room, Guru asked me to donate some money to the center. The figure does not matter, he said i can even donate as little as 1MYR because the purpose of asking me to donate money is so that i could exchange energy with ?
The whole session spent around an hour. After the session, nothing special to talk about, the whole day itself was like any normal days. However the next morning i woke up finding lots of blood in my mouth. I spit the blood out and found it was sticky like phlegm. Then at center i asked Guru if what was that and he told me that it means some bloody incidents was just resolved.
Lastly, i would like to share with you guys one technique taught by Guru, that each time before we enter our house, we should wash our heel to make sure that we will not bring along evil energy back into our house. The evil energy is always attached to the heel.
舊巴生路炒冬粉炒果條 Char Tang Hun & Char Kuey Teow @ Jalan Kelang Lama
某夜，与友人约在旧巴生路一带喝茶。对那区人生地不熟，就随地选餐馆，看中了这小食档。
小食档位于某政府公共食阁内。诺大的食阁只有两三档在营业，只有这档较有人潮。另一个卖印度料理的档口顾客则稀稀落落。
这档煮食的是一位矮小老婆婆，看样子年级大概有六十多岁了。负责招待客人及准备煮食材料的则是一位样子三四十多岁的女人。
该档所卖食物琳琅满目，一时间不好选择，就点大大个字印在招牌上的炒果条。
夹着果条入口！赞，可谓火候十足！有锅气！不湿，也不过干，恰恰好！吃时配上特制辣椒酱更是美味！其辣椒酱味道不是太特出但也有另一番风味。果条内的料也给得足，虾子虾米猪肉片豆芽葱都给了很多，都炒得香香的。还真的是“招牌”菜啊！
之后某日冥想静修后，与友人再度前往此处。这回试试其炒冬粉。哇！一流！这炒冬粉据我知蛮难做的，我只吃过黄师傅的这道菜。如今竟能在此处吃到，而且水准堪比黄师傅，真是谢天谢地！
炒冬粉的料大概与炒果条一样，只是冬粉要炒得不会过软过硬还真难。我告诉你，这档做到了！
若君有心，就来试试吧！这食阁就在华联广场后面而已。

之后某日冥想静修后，与友人再度前往此处。这回试试其炒冬粉。哇！一流！这炒冬粉据我知蛮难做的，我只吃过黄师傅的这道菜。如今竟能在此处吃到，而且水准堪比黄师傅，真是谢天谢地！
炒冬粉的料大概与炒果条一样，只是冬粉要炒得不会过软过硬还真难。我告诉你，这档做到了！

突如其來的美食
這日從八達靈家里出發，先往敦拉薩交通總站載了母親尾妹，再續程前往丹絨士拔。這條路頭一次走，特別不順特別慢。抵達萬宜(Bangi)這小市鎮，已是傍晚七點多。車里一眾饑腸轆轆，估計到了丹絨士拔(Tanjung Sepat)時也該餓飽了，故想找些路旁小食暫時頂頂。
在萬宜市鎮慢慢兜，看看沿路有甚么好料。本來擔心這里巫裔市民占多數，無甚華人小食，卻原來這里就像一般華人小市鎮，很多店鋪都是華裔經營。
駕著駕著突見前方右邊有個華裔流動小販，看清楚原來是包點點心，停車光顧。老伯伯突然有這么多生意做，大概也是樂翻天吧？
母親先買燒賣，一到手我便迫不及待的把一個放入嘴，頓時滿口溢香，盡是豬肉鮮香味，燒賣口感軟卻很充實，沒偷工減料，好吃！那味道似曾相似，我第一時間就想起了家鄉昔加末的路旁晚間燒賣檔，這檔不只賣燒賣，也賣經濟面米粉等，我是其宵夜常客，其老店鋪遭收購翻新，已經關閉好幾年，駕車經過原處時，往往嘆： 好味道不復尋矣！沒想到今日竟在萬宜吃到了家鄉味道。有幸也，呵呵！
至于包點，沒有驚喜，平平無奇。
