Today my company arranged a "Coaching Skills" session for all managers. I am entitled because I was promoted as manager early 2020 after being interim manager for 6 months.
I'd say this is really a good session! All the while I'm quite confused with the difference between Coaching and Mentoring but in this session I have got very clear answer from the person who's sharing!
